پاورپوینت کلستریدیومها     33اسلاید همراه باتصویر   باسیلهای بیهوازی گرم مثبت تولید کننده اسپور  کلستریدیومها :  باسیلهای بیهوازی گرم مثبت تولید کننده  اسپور می باشند که اسپور توانایی پایداری و بقائ در محیطهایی مانند خاک و سایر محیطهای نامطلوب را میدهد برخی از اعضا این گروه بیهوازی مطلق بوده در حالیکه برخی تحمل کننده اکسیژن می باشند.     با اهمیت ترین مشخصه انها 1- حضور اندوسپور 2-متابولیسم بیهوازی اجباری 3-ساختار دیواره سلولی گرم مثبت 4-تولید اگزوتوکسین قدرتمندی است که وارد شدن آن به بدن به میزان کمتر از حد میکروگرم برای کشتن یک شخص کافی است این ارگانیسمها در خاک –آب –و فاضلابها یافت میشوند. و به عنوان فلور طبیعی دستگاه گوارش حیوانات و انسان می باشند. اکثر کلستریدیومها ساپروفیت غیر بیماریزا می باشند اما برخی پاتوژنهای مهم انسانی می باشند توانایی کلستریدیومها در ایجاد بیماری مربوط به زندگی در شرایط سخت و تولید اسپور –رشد در محیطهای بدون اکسیژن  و تولید تعداد زیاد توکسین های هیستولیتیک – ا نتروتوکس ...
