    پاورپوینت متابولیسم اسیدهای آمینه 34اسلاید مقدمه متابولیسم اسیدهای آمینه که ترکیبات اصلی سازنده پروتئینها هستند در دو بخش کاتابولیسم و آنابولیسم مورد بحث قرار می گیرد.     دینامیک پروتئینهای بدن:     منظور از حالت دینامیک پروتئینها این است که پروتئین های بدن از یک طرف تجزیه شده و از طرف دیگر پروتئین های جدید ساخته می شود. در حالت طبیعی تعادلی بین این دو عمل برقرار است که به آن تعادل دینامیک پروتئینهای  بدن می گویند.   انواع تعادل نیتروژنی تعادل  کامل نیتروژنی: در افراد سالم و بالغ که وزن بدن ثابت است. مقدار نیتروژن جذب شده از راه رژیم غذایی با نیترژن دفع شده برابر است. تعادل مثبت نیتروژنی:   وقتی مصرف ترکیبات نیتروژن دار بیشتر از دفع است. نیتروژن در بدن می ماند. کودکان در سنین رشد و خانم ها در حالت بارداری تعادل منفی نیتروژنی:   وقتی دفع نیتروژن   بیشتر از ورود آن است. معمولا بعد ار عمل جراحی ، سرطانهای پیشرفته یا عدم مصرف کافی پروتئین   • ...
